Save Our Sets has proposed a solution - at no cost to consumers or
government - to prevent millons of Americans from losing the value of
their analog television sets.
Under the plan, participating operators
will provide free access for local broadcast signals to analog
television sets and for multi-cast signals to digital television
customers in exchange for re-transmission consent relief for seven
years.
